Girvans of Aberfeldy is delighted to announce that, over the last few months, it has been competing for the award of the Best Londis Store in Britain. Not only has this forecourt retail outlet come in as the top store in Scotland, but it is very proud that - out of 2200 shops nationwide - it has reached the final seven in the UK.

To achieve this Girvan’s shop has been judged on many different aspects ranging from customer service, shop appearance and product availability. The scores on all these factors have been achieved through the hard work of the staff and - of course - by their customer satisfaction ratings.

The Londis final is being held at Harrogate on 21 February - and Girvan’s will be flying the flag for Scotland! Proprietor/manager Blair Girvan told Comment: “A big thank-you goes to all our loyal customers for their support and their best wishes for our progress in the competition.”
