New Challenge for Kirstie

Kirsty MacWilliam has returned to work alongside her mother, Amanda, having spent 16 months working for “The Devil’s Horsemen” which provided her with ‘an amazing opportunity, to experience the world of stage and screen’.

She has witnessed the glamour and frustrations for everyone on a film shoot as they strive for perfection and recounts the highlights of her job being meeting Daniel Craig (James Bond) and participating in a live show for Madonna’s birthday in the grounds of her house.

From Showgirl to Bowen Girl

Now, with that glitzy world behind her (though she is still stunt riding and offering that experience to others (see Sports section) Kirsty is back working on her home patch.

She qualified in the Bowen Technique in September 2006 and has started to build up a client base and is on her way to becoming a personal trainer, while gaining experience working along side her mum.

She also helps Amanda with swimming lessons at the steading spa in Blair Atholl and exercise Classes at therir own private Gym in Killiecrankie. In addition, she is also able to instruct vibrogym sessions. This is a new concept in exercise, working strength, flexibility, balance, improving muscle tone and reducing body fat.
