Michelle is Made Up with 'Eden'

After the British apprehended the Cape of Good Hope region in 1806, many of the Dutch settlers - the Boers - travelled north to find their own areas of land. The discovery of diamonds in 1867 and gold in 1886 brought great wealth to the area and immigration to the areas greatly increased. The Boers resisted British advances, but were defeated in the Boer War from 1899-1902. The consequential Union of South Africa operated under a policy of apartheid - the divided development of the different races. In the 1990s apartheid was abolished and the country became black majority ruled. Scars of the apartheid can still be experienced in many excellent museums throughout the country

As a busy working mother of 4 children, Michelle Coletta understands only too well, how difficult it is to achieve the correct work-life balance. As one of Scotland’s top make-up artists, Michelle has been working her magic on some of the UK’s best known faces on TV and in magazines, but her job saw her constantly on the move, leaving her home in Birnam behind and travelling between Glasgow, London and exotic places abroad.
She hopes that, by basing her business nearer to home, this will allow her better quality time with her children and so she has now launched a new and exciting venture in the lingerie world, a little piece of paradise for lingerie fans.
‘Eden’ is located in Bridge Street, Dunkeld, and Michelle told Comment: “Friends have been teasing me saying I’m going from covering up to undercover!”

Exclusives
Apart from selling a fabulous range of lingerie and swimwear by top designers, Michelle will be putting her make up skills to good use by stocking skin care products by Talika of Paris (also available in Harrods), Dr Lewin (also available in Harvey Nichols) and the prestigious ‘Screen Face’ make up range (exclusive to Eden in Scotland), the make-up used by professionals.
Michelle continued: “You really have to trust someone to allow them to put on your make-up, and it’s that sort of personal touch I’m offering at ‘Eden’.
“I hope my clients will trust me to advise them on the very best products and I’m offering these at really competitive prices.”

Fitting Service
Michelle also offers a bra fitting service and encourages women of all shapes and sizes to visit her in Dunkeld. She also has a fabulous range of accessories and handbags, it’s a shop that the ladies are sure to love!
The shop is open Monday to Saturday from 10.30am-5.30pm. To book a consultation with Michelle, or for further information on any of the products and services she offers, she can be contacted at ‘Eden’ on 01350 727275.
